Leadership Coaching

Effective leadership requires a tremendous depth of knowledge and skill including understanding different personalities and how to best lead each individual, advanced skills of influence and using multiple approaches to leadership depending on the situation. Leadership Coaching provides specific, tailored, one-on-one support for the Team Leader in getting the team to willingly follow their lead.

The coaching program begins by establishing outcomes and identifying the unique challenges faced by the team leader. From there coaching sessions are conducted weekly to provide support in moving through the leadership challenges being experienced by the individual.
